Ann-Marie Murrell is the CEO/Editor-in-Chief and owner of PolitiChicks.com. Ann-Marie is co-author of two bestselling books, "What Women Really Want", and "PolitiChicks: A Clarion Call to Political Activism". In addition to her work as a columnist and on-camera reporter, Ann-Marie's writing and videos have been featured in hundreds of political websites. A 6th generation Texan, Ann-Marie's ancestors were some of the first to settle in the newly-formed Republic of Texas in the early 1800s. She moved to California in the early 1980s to pursue an acting career, appearing in small parts in dozens of television shows and movies, including ABC's Sledge Hammer! (1986), The A-Team (1983), The Young and the Restless (1973) and the film, Sunset Strip (1985), starring Tom Eplin (Another World (1964)). These days Ann-Marie's television appearances are politically-based, giving commentary on shows that include Fox & Friends, Hannity, the Dr. Phil Show, Lou Dobbs, C-SPAN, CNN International, and MSNBC. In 2014 Ann-Marie was a panelist at the National Security Summit in D.C. Ann-Marie has interviewed hundreds of conservative leaders and was one of the last reporters to interview the late Andrew Breitbart. Going back to her acting roots, Ann-Marie will soon appear as a political reporter in the "The Gosnell Movie". Ann-Marie lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Mark Murrell.
