Born in Bossier City, Louisiana; Tina's parents moved shortly after her birth to California, where she grew up in the Los Angeles area. She became interested in acting at a very young age and began to pursue training, etc, but her family moved to Oklahoma shortly thereafter. At age 19, she met DeWayne Murcer, older brother of New York Yankee baseball great, the late Bobby Murcer. Tina and DeWayne would share a child. Tina spent much of her life living in OKC where she spent 17 years working as an employee of the OKC Police Department and thereafter, for the U.S. Courts.
