Trish Chaney was raised in the Tampa Bay area of Florida's west coast. Both of her parents were musicians and made sure she was consistently exposed to the arts. By the age of twelve, she was a member of the semi-professional theatre group S.T.A.R. She performed twice at The Mahaffey Theatre. Her first performance was as an understudy for the character of Leisel in "The Sound of Music." She then turned around and booked the lead as Nancy in "Oliver," which earned her the award "Entertainer of the Year." She eventually turned her attention to film and commercial work. Her first film was "Nursery Crimes." Trish auditioned, but the director felt she was too young for the role and wrote her into the film as "Anna." She worked with Billy Mays and was coined the "Orange Glo Woman." By this time, she had been studying the Eric Morris process for over a year and was booking both commercials and independent films. After performing a showcase for the casting director Dori Zuckerman, she was encouraged to head west to Los Angeles. There she booked a commercial for the Hallmark Channel and earned two SAG vouchers on the sets of "Vanished" and "You, Me and Dupree." She headed back to Florida when a family emergency arose. Not discouraged, she started back to work in 2010 first booking "Forensic Files" and then numerous commercials. She booked five films and one television show in the summer of 2010. Of the five films, she was a principal in four of them and a supporting cast member in one. When the casting call for "Baine" came out, Trish recognized an opportunity. The producers were casting for two male detectives. Determined, Trish went to the casting and requested to be seen for one of the roles. Impressed, the production team changed the role of Detective Mason to Detective Pauline Mason. She was also the technical advisor in the film "Baine," as well as an episode of "I Almost Got Away With It." The film "The Last War," in which Trish portrays Kelly Menedez, was as a contender in The Gasparilla International Film Festival of 2012. Trish's most recent film project is her production company - Free Thought Entertainment. She collaborated with Josh Rozman and his production company Namzor Productions, on the SAG New Media short " Cougar" - which she wrote and is presently in post production. She is presently collaborating on a dramatic feature "Hold Your Breath," with "The Last War" director William Lemoyce Tiller. Trish also performed the summer stage hit of Neil Simons's "Last of the Red Hot Lovers," portraying the wacky "Bobbi March." But, her biggest project is in pre-pre production, awaiting a green light from Random House on a well known teen favorite novel! Trish Chaney recently moved to Louisiana to continue her work on multiple levels. - IMDb Mini Biography By: S. Daniels
