Anna Kendrick is an actress and a jazz/pop singer/songwriter. She grew up in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, which is a small, rural town. Shortly upon graduating cum laude from R.I.C. with a B.A. in Liberal Arts for Theatre she moved to New York. Anna has had success with leading and supporting roles in various indie feature films and has been a featured actress in many film and TV shows. Anna performs solo jazz/pop shows with various jazz artists and occasionally guest sings with other bands. She began as a guest singer in New York in 2002, but has since branched out on her own since 2009. Anna has sung at many notable New York music venues and continues to broaden her horizons. Her 1st original jazz album "In Out Of The Rain" came out on 4/9/2013 under the name Anna Elizabeth Kendrick and made it to the 1st round ballot of the 56th Grammys in the jazz category.
